Some beans and peas waiting to move out to the balcony when it gets a little warmer. For now I will have to share my desk with these guys.
Not a preferable way of working the soil but for now it will have to do. Next year we can hopefully keep the unwanted plants out with groundcover and leave the micro-organisms and bugs undisturbed to do their work undisturbed by machinery. It was fun driving this thing though.
A few of the creatures I met today out on the plot of land I I grow food on with a bunch of other people. These guys work for free, improving the soil, keeping the earth alive and thriving.
